Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Ruther Glen, VA seeks a Manufacturing Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (5:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Mon–Thu 4x10s) with overtime potential. You will lead day-to-day production and assembly operations, plan work, allocate resources, and keep schedules on track in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality and Project teams, coach crews, and remove barriers to maintain safe, quality, and on-time output while developing a strong, consistent team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 8+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Prior experience as a foreman, lead, or supervisor.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities/teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in a production setting.

Responsibilities
