Job summary

Suburban Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead and develop production teams in a high‑mix electrical fabrication environment.

You will drive the daily production schedule to meet quality, delivery, and efficiency targets while coaching staff and ensuring safe operations. The role requires 5–10 years in manufacturing with 2+ years in supervision, experience in electrical fabrication, and proficiency with ERP systems for labor tracking.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in manufacturing with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in electrical fabrication, panel building, wire harnessing or industrial assembly preferred.
• Solid understanding of production schedules and priorities, labour standards, efficiency tracking, quality systems and corrective actions.
• Comfortable using ERP systems for labour and job tracking.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own daily execution of the production schedule within assigned area(s).
• Ensure work orders are worked in priority sequence as defined by the schedule.
• Lead, coach, and hold production employees accountable to expectations.
• Ensure proper staffing, training and skill coverage for daily operations.
• Ensure all work meets quality, workmanship and documentation requirements.
• Address defects, rework and quality issues at the point of occurrence.
• Own safety performance within assigned department.
• Enforce safety policies, PPE usage and housekeeping standards.

The Role – Manufacturing Production Supervisor

The Manufacturing Production Supervisor role will lead, direct, and develop production teams to safely execute the production schedule while meeting quality, delivery, and efficiency targets in a high-mix electrical fabrication environment.
