Glenn Rieder, LLC is seeking a Fabrication & Sheet Metal Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations on the shop floor, directing Fabrication and Sheet Metal teams to meet safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals.
The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching and evaluating staff, reviewing drawings and production priorities, and coordinating with Engineering, Project Management and Purchasing to maintain an efficient, error-free workflow.

This hands-on leadership position spends most of the workday on the shop floor directing employees, monitoring production, resolving issues, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, efficiently, and according to schedule.

The Supervisor must possess strong technical knowledge of architectural metal fabrication and sheet metal operations; however, the primary responsibility of the position is leading people and production.
