Lennox in Georgia is seeking a Manufacturing Production Operator to assemble mechanical units in a fast-paced facility in Tifton. The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for long periods, and working overtime, including weekends.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour for this non-exempt position, with overtime eligibility and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off. High school diploma and prior factory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior factory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical units and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools.
• Cut, file, fit, punch, rivet, and assemble components to specifications.
• Obtain raw materials and operate equipment to produce finished products.
• Align and calibrate parts to meet tolerances and product specs.
