Job summary

Lennox International in Stone Mountain, GA seeks a skilled brazing operator for an hourly, non-exempt role. You will braze components, set up equipment, and perform assembly tasks on an on-site line. The job requires a high school diploma and some CU/CU brazing experience.

Candidates must have physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Starting pay ranges from $19.30 to $20.25 per hour, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some experience brazing CU/CU on an assembly line.

Responsibilities

• Guides torch and rod along joint of work pieces to heat to brazing temperature, melt braze alloy, and bond work pieces together.
• Assists with setting up equipment, selecting torch tip, flux, and brazing alloy based on data charts or work order.
• Performs a variety of assembly, fabrication, production, and operator tasks.
