Job summary

TCC Materials, a leading manufacturing firm, is seeking versatile production associates for multiple roles within our facility. You will operate batching and packaging systems, ensure product quality, and keep accurate production records.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, inventory tasks, labeling, and adherence to safety rules. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Read, write and speak English; team environment.
• Adaptability to fast-paced manufacturing.
• Basic math for production sheets and schedules.
• Understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Experience with batching/PLC systems in manufacturing.
• Forklift training as required by OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching, mixing, and production systems for block, bagged goods, liquid, or other packaged goods.
• Measure and maintain quality and weights on the production line.
• Record finished goods production on worksheets.
• Apply labels to pallets, bags, containers, shippers, etc.
• Review inventory levels and complete forms for ordering raw materials or adjusting inventory.
• Drive forklift to move items and load/unload trucks as needed.
• Follow company policies and wear PPE; maintain a clean work area.
