• Track record as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong command of production processes and quality control practices.
• Fluent written and verbal communication; Spanish language capability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance across laminators, coaters, slitters, and sheeters.
• Create, balance, and adapt production schedules to meet changing customer demand.
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing production team.
• Partner with QA to enforce quality systems and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement to align materials, inventory, and shipments.
• Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement best practices for sustained gains.
