Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and MES.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and safety compliance.
• Engage in continuous improvement and personnel management

Responsibilities

• Direct daily workflow, assign tasks, and set priorities to hit output goals.
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing sequences (receiving, processing, mixing, packaging, storage).
• Coordinate schedules and stage materials to align with demand.
• Monitor equipment performance and enforce cleaning protocols.
• Coach and evaluate team performance; manage timekeeping and meetings.
• Enforce workplace policies and administer discipline fairly.
• Address grievances with HR to foster a productive, collaborative culture.
• Ensure GMP compliance and sanitation programs.
