Job summary

SLB is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor in Texas to oversee direct manufacturing functions and coordinate process improvement projects. You will train staff, ensure safety, provide necessary tools and documentation, and resolve production issues while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in Printed Wiring Assembly manufacturing, with electronics experience and a related degree. IPC-610 certification is a plus; English is required and Vietnamese is optional.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in PWA (Printed Wiring Assembly) manufacturing.
• Bachelor's would be nice, but Associates or Technical degree with electronics experience would be good.
• IPC-610 certification would be good to have, even if expired.
• Languages: English, Vietnamese (Optional).

Responsibilities

• Trains or coaches employees on administrative or technical processes and procedures.
• Ensures the safety of employees.
• Ensures workers have the necessary equipment and prints to perform their duties.
• Resolves production issues and escalates those that require management attention.
• Educates employees on quality standards and procedures.
• Develops work instructions and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conducts performance reviews and career development discussions with direct reports.
• Uses Manufacturing System tools to drive continuous improvement.
