Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Assembly Team Lead to oversee daily operations of assembly production cells. You will lead 5+ operators, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate activities to meet schedules and customer requirements.

You will train crew members on SOPs, monitor performance, and collaborate with Quality and Leadership to implement improvements, while serving as a backup supervisor when needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned assembly production cells.
• Lead 5+ production operators and contingent workers.
• Train team members on SOP requirements and ensure standards.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule and customer requirements.
• Monitor output, efficiency, and labor utilization; minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and BOM accuracy.
• Serve as backup supervisor and communicate priorities to teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and KPI reviews.
