Weekend Coverage 2x Per Month

As a Manufacturing Production Lead, you will combine leadership and management experience with developing deep technical mastery of processes and equipment. The expertise gained in this role will enable you to manage people, planning, process development, and the implementation of Planned Maintenance in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.

You will oversee this through teams comprising various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations staff.

How You Will Contribute
  • Partner & enable line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets—Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale—ensuring process stability; participate in and own DMS (Daily Management Systems) meetings at shift and line levels.
  • Own the technology, process, and centerline settings for equipment; manage Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance (PM) systems and work processes. Control KPIs for the lines along with CIL and Abnormality Handling Systems; own the Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) budget.
  • Develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans; build the technical and maintenance skills of the core team to operate and maintain equipment independently; lead some PM systems at the department level.
  • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvements and execute special maintenance tasks; be responsible for Change Management on the lines.
What You Will Bring
  • A desire to drive your career forward, with experience and knowledge in leading shifts and key work processes, coaching team members, and developing their skills.
  • Advanced knowledge (including AM Step 3 & PM Step 2 systems) and skills to independently maintain equipment, execute AM & PM standards, and utilize TPM tools.
  • Experience supervising labor management in line with union contracts, including scheduling shifts, managing leaves, resignations, call-offs, and training.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience with Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) is required.
  • High School diploma is required; Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or Manufacturing Management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Manufacturing Tracker Systems, IL6S/TPM, and SAP is preferred.
