Your goal will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities run without interruption, facilities shortages, or issues. You will achieve 100% compliance with local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards. You are responsible for the management and maintenance of site facilities, buildings, and equipment (hardware & software).

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Work cross-functionally to develop and implement a strategic Facilities roadmap and annual operating plan, providing a competitive advantage to Mondelēz. Partner with internal & external stakeholders and service providers to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement goals. Establish strong governance to review & control operational performance and continuous improvement plans to deliver best-in-class results both internally and externally.
  • Lead and be accountable for building maintenance programs, facilities maintenance capabilities, including repairs & overall operations. Ensure adherence to business continuity plans, manufacturing standards, and government regulations, regularly reviewing and monitoring for effective implementation.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the Facilities team towards implementing IL6S - Integrated Lean 6 Sigma practices: delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; PM (Progressive Maintenance) Pillar, CBM (Condition-Based Monitoring), visual controls & tools management, lubrication management, & calibration of equipment.
  • Model company values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring, and building skills capability across the plant's technical/engineering team. Develop a clear succession and resource plan, identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain, and develop key talent.
  • Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, aligning priorities to achieve company objectives and goals.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with the following experience and knowledge:

  • Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with expertise in TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards.
  • An engineering background with strong financial & business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, including PM (Progressive Maintenance), spare parts management, SAP PM module, and automation basics.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team environment. Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
