Job summary

Propell American LLC in Granbury, TX is seeking a Production Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations. You will track materials, maintain production records, and ensure timely movement of parts through the ERP-driven workflow while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include processing transactions in Syspro, staging materials, coordinating availability, and reporting material status to production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate within the Syspro ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry and transaction processing.
• Research and verify production and inventory transactions using company record systems.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete all required daily paperwork.
• Track material movement throughout the production process.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while completing assigned daily tasks.
• Stage materials and parts on racks and production lines to support manufacturing schedules.
• Coordinate material availability to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Understand and support production task time requirements to help maintain operational efficiency.
• Communicate routinely with production personnel regarding material status and production needs.
• Assist in identifying and resolving inventory or material discrepancies.
