Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years in production control or manufacturing operations, with 3+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead production control organization for scheduling, CNC operations, and maintenance.
• Oversee daily operations of schedulers, technicians, and operators to ensure efficiency.
• Develop and communicate detailed production schedules to meet race and commercial engine component delivery.
• Manage ERP system routing, order confirmation, and data maintenance for traceability.
