Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or operations field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in production control or manufacturing operations, with leadership exposure.
• Strong experience with production scheduling, capacity planning, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Deep understanding of CNC machining, 4‑axis and 5‑axis operations, tooling, and robotics.
• Experience using OEE tracking and data‑driven improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead production control for scheduling, CNC operations, and maintenance across race and commercial facilities.
• Oversee daily operations of schedulers, maintenance technicians, machine operators, and supervisors.
• Develop and communicate detailed production schedules to meet program requirements.
• Manage ERP system data, routing accuracy, and on‑time delivery; ensure traceability.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and planning to balance priorities and material availability.
• Lead daily and long‑term scheduling for manual work centers (Quality Control, Sub‑Assembly, Debur).
• Monitor 17 high‑speed 5‑axis CNC machines and robotic systems for uptime and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement actions to increase capacity, throughput, and equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering on preventive maintenance programs.
• Guide the team through lean initiatives and shop floor optimization.
