Avient Corporation is seeking an entry-level Production Associate in Indiana who will perform weigh-up or packaging duties in the production department to ensure quality and meet customer specs. You will operate and set up scale and packaging equipment, assist production operators, and follow safety and Avient policies.

• Maintain required paperwork and housekeeping in the department.
