Responsibilities

• Create high quality candy from raw materials to end-product.
• Ensure packaging is accurate and sanitary.
• Safely operate and care for production equipment and products.
• Prepare ingredients in a timely manner.
• Decorate products to meet customer satisfaction.
• Follow GMPs for sanitation, food handling, and storage.
• Use MES to maintain production data records.
• Pack products for shipping and distribution.
• Operate hand jacks and forklifts when required.

Position Summary

As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you'll play an important role in making the candy brands people know and love. You'll work with production equipment, follow safety and quality standards, and help keep our operations running smoothly. This role offers hands‑on experience, opportunities to learn new skills, and the chance to be part of a team that takes pride in its work.

How You’ll Impact Results

• Create the high quality candy, turning raw materials into a delicious end-product
• Ensure packaging of products in an accurate and sanitary manner
• Safely use and care for production equipment and products
• Prepare ingredients in a timely manner
• Decorate products to ensure customer satisfaction and to create of an appealing product
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage
• Utilize a Manufacturing Execution System to maintain accurate production data records
• Pack products for shipping and distribution
• In some circumstances, operate equipment such as hand jacks and fork-lifts

Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success

• 1+ year of Manufacturing/Production experience required. *CPG / Food Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Required physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Eagerness to work in a collaborative and high‑growth environment.
• Thrive in an energetic, fast‑paced environment.
• Committed to following and upholding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) including wearing hearing protection and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Flexibility of work assignment, department, and hours depending on business needs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Adapt to new roles, tasks, and environments with ease and enthusiasm.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds and complete repetitive tasks throughout the day, and work within hot/cold environments. Must be comfortable standing for up to 8 hours.
