Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions and production orders.
• Able to read a basic tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Lift up to 50 lbs on a frequent and sustained basis.
• Collaborative, team-driven attitude essential for meeting daily/weekly production goals.
• Be quality-driven and follow safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production orders for material type, size and color.
• Operate chop saw and industrial fabrication equipment.
• Assemble and install insulated glass panels into sash/frames and install hardware.
• Inspect work-in-process and finished units for quality compliance.
• Package, wrap, and stack completed units for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and participate in problem solving.
