General Dynamics Land Systems in Ohio seeks an intermediate-level Project Manager to coordinate and oversee manufacturing products and production programs, including new lines and changes, ensuring cost, schedule and technical performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 3–5 years of experience, and the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance. You will work with Division PM, Production, Quality, Finance, Planning and customers to execute plans.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or other relevant field of study is required.
• 3-5 years relevant experience; extensive experience may be considered in lieu.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain DOD Secret security clearance; US citizenship required.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, computer) are required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight is preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and oversee assigned products/projects, including new, additional, and/or unique manufacturing product lines and production programs.
• Develop cost estimates and schedules; participate in contract definition interpretation and negotiation; determine facility, equipment, tooling, and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate major changes to product lines/projects and manufacturing programs to meet performance requirements.
• Serve as liaison between Division Program management, Production, Quality, Finance, Planning, Supply Chain and customers to ensure successful plan execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement innovative technologies and processes and coordinate resources to meet project requirements.
• Monitor cost and schedule performance per EVMS where applicable.
• Assist in plant capability analysis and development of new business prospects.
