Qualifications

• 1–3+ years coordination, purchasing support, customer service, or admin experience.
• Strong Excel, ERP, and data accuracy skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Transactional purchasing support: confirm pricing, quantities, dates, and vendor acknowledgements.
• Reporting & visibility: maintain reports on open POs, shortages, late deliveries, and supplier commitments; provide daily updates to buyers, planners, and leadership.
• Cross-functional coordination: communicate with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning teams to resolve issues and support onboarding/compliance records.
