Qualifications

• 1–3+ years coordination, purchasing support, customer service, or admin experience.
• Strong Excel, ERP, and data accuracy skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Transactional Purchasing Support: Confirm pricing, quantities, dates, and vendor acknowledgements; Update supplier delivery dates and order notes accurately.
• Reporting & Visibility: Maintain reports on open POs, shortages, late deliveries, and supplier commitments; Provide daily updates to buyers, planners, and leadership teams; Support KPI reporting related to supplier delivery and purchasing execution.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Communicate with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning teams to resolve issues; Support documentation for new vendors, onboarding, and compliance records; Assist with scheduling supplier calls and meetings.
