  • Associate degree required or equivalent manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience in technical/maintenance/production support.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to support production, quality, and safety.
  • Set up, validate, and optimize molding, assembly, and secondary operations.
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance to resolve equipment/process challenges.
  • Support new product launches, transfers, and engineering trials.
  • Develop and maintain process docs, SOPs, and parameters.
  • Contribute to Lean and continuous improvement to reduce waste and boost quality.
