Job summary

Responsibilities

Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to support production, quality, and safety.
Set up, validate, and optimize molding, assembly, and secondary operations.
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with production and maintenance to resolve equipment/process challenges.
Support new product launches, transfers, and engineering trials.
Develop and maintain process docs, SOPs, and parameters.
Contribute to Lean and continuous improvement to reduce waste and boost quality.
