Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent manufacturing experience in a technical field.
• Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing processes to support production, quality, and safety goals.
• Set up, validate, and optimize molding, assembly, and secondary manufacturing operations.
• Investigate process issues, identify root causes, and help implement effective corrective actions.
• Partner with production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment and process-related challenges.
• Support new product launches, process transfers, equipment installations, and engineering trials.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and process parameters.
• Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.
