Qualifications

• AS degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent.
• Hands-on maintenance/technical background with 3+ years experience preferred.
• Experience in die cutting, urethane molding or related manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, start-up, maintain and monitor manufacturing processes for quality, productivity and uptime.
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution on equipment/systems.
• Provide technical training and support to production and maintenance staff.
• Identify and implement process improvements individually or on CI teams.
• Contribute to creating and improving process work instructions.
• Meet KPIs for safety, quality, cost and delivery.
