Job summary

Qualifications

• AS degree in Engineering or 3+ years hands-on maintenance/technical work.
• Experience with die cutting, urethane molding, basic machining.
• Robotics and electrical controls knowledge with PLC troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with PFMEA, control plans, APQP and ISO quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality and uptime.
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve problems quickly.
• Train production and maintenance staff on equipment operation.
• Support continuous improvement projects and process documentation.
• Meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery KPIs.
