Responsibilities

• Apply engineering techniques to support process development, optimization and downtime reduction.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing practices.
• Support achievement of departmental KPIs.
• Interface with other departments to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing readiness of new products and processes and resolve safety and quality issues by identifying root cause and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop knowledge of all workstations within the manufacturing area.
• Provide resources and remove barriers to team effectiveness.
• Maintain focus on continuous growth and professional development.
