Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a role focused on providing technical assistance to engineering and supporting manufacturing efforts from our Arden Hills, MN office. You will train operators, develop manufacturing procedures, and help implement process improvements to increase yield and reduce cycle times.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience and familiarity with SAP/MES reports. Local onsite work five days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent; 2+ years relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP or MES reports.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering by training operators on processes and testing.
• Develop knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures.
• Help research and validate process changes to improve yield or reduce cycle time.
• Learn traceability, SPC, and how to write manufacturing instructions and training sheets.
• Assist in collecting and recording data and writing procedures.
• Responsible for final Process Monitor Release prior to distribution.
• Identify manufacturing issues with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Own or participate in NCEPs.
