Job summary

Suburban Enterprises, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to own and improve all manufacturing operations, delivering quality electrical assemblies safely, on time, within budget, and at target profitability.

This role drives operational excellence, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, continuous improvement, and team development while supporting the division's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing supervisors or managers.
• Experience in electrical assembly, panel fabrication, controls manufacturing or related manufacturing preferred.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are manufactured and shipped on time.
• Balance labor, equipment, and material resources to meet production schedules.
• Eliminate bottlenecks and improve production flow.
• Manage direct labor efficiency and manufacturing overhead.
• Establish and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
