Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 3–5 years in manufacturing.
• Proven experience with Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Experience with value stream mapping, time studies, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 quality systems.
• Experience with PFMEA and visual management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Facilitate kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops.
• Conduct value stream mapping and develop future-state plans.
• Use DMAIC, A3, 8D, and root cause analysis for structured problem solving.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with quality engineering and production teams to improve process capability.
• Work with product engineering during transfers, changes, and launches.
• Develop and maintain standard work, process flows, and visual management.
