Job summary

Johnson Service Group is seeking Manufacturing Process Operators for a client located in Beech Island, SC. The role pays $22.50/hour with rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7), including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

The position requires a strong ownership mindset and the ability to work in self-directed teams with Maintenance, Reliability, and Engineering to deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-effective results.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma or GED Grade 12 certificate
• Have 1+ years of continuous work experience
• Able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime, generally 7:15-7:30
• Pass pre-employment assessment, drug and background screening
• Pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
• Preferred: 3+ years of verifiable work experience
• Preferred: 3+ years of manufacturing experience

• This role will have responsibility for operating parts of the tissue machine operation and ensuring the product made is meeting customer expectations

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
• Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma or GED Grade 12 certificate
• Have 1+ years of continuous work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of verifiable work experience
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• 1+ years of experience working in packaging, warehousing, industrial or distribution environment
• Experience in a GMP environment for consumer goods
• Mechanical skills and technical troubleshooting
