Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY USA INC is seeking a Manufacturing Process Manager to design and optimize production processes at Crystal Springs, MS. You will lead initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance, partnering with engineering, maintenance, and operations.

You will drive Lean manufacturing, validate processes, and support new product introductions, applying data-driven decisions to scalable manufacturing solutions and startup projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or production operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, validation, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience analyzing data, KPIs, and implementing improvements.

• Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to drive operational excellence.
