Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a listed engineering field.
• Foundational understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
• Familiarity with JIT manufacturing and digital tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements across production areas.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Apply lean principles to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Document current and future state processes using value stream mapping and standard work.
• Assist in tooling and fixture design and exposure to digital work instruction platforms.
• Participate in PLM and ECN documentation and change management.
• Contribute to data-driven decision making using ERP and Power BI dashboards.
