Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Textile Engineering or related field, or 5+ years leadership experience with relevant industry stemming from textile dyeing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives at the Milliken Enterprise Plant in Marietta/Greenville area.
• Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements to drive quality, consistency and cost reductions.
• Analyze problems and manage multiple improvement projects with sound project management skills.
• Collaborate with Product Development to create new samples and products.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse group of associates to meet site goals.
• Participate in the Safety Process and maintain compliance.
