Job summary

LHH is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader for a well-established manufacturing organization in the Dallas area to support ongoing improvements across plant operations. This hands-on role blends data analysis, strategy development, and floor-level coaching to reduce waste and boost operating performance.

You will partner with diverse teams, design structured improvement plans, track impact, and present results to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related discipline.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of structured continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional improvement projects.
• Experience facilitating problem-solving and process-improvement activities.
• Knowledge of production flow, workplace organization, equipment effectiveness, standardized work, and waste reduction.
• Ability to interpret operational data and translate findings into practical solutions.
• Experience working with ERP-generated operational data.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supporting functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, material movement, cost, and workflow.
• Develop structured improvement plans and help teams execute against established goals.
• Train and coach employees on practical process-improvement methods.
• Facilitate workshops and improvement events involving multiple departments.
• Build and maintain performance measures to track operational progress.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
• Track the financial impact and cost savings generated by improvement projects.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve planning and execution.
• Standardize successful processes and share effective practices across teams.
• Present project results, operational metrics, and recommendations to leadership.
