Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 4+ years of chemical manufacturing engineering focused on process improvement or production engineering.
• Proven ability to leverage technology and process optimization.
• Strong planning, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement activities (gap closure/project scope) for assigned units through FEL Design.
• Partner with Center of Excellence, Operations, EH&S to define project scopes.
• Analyze production loss data and prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Champion process safety during project design and ensure safe, reliable processes.
• Integrate operability input from Operations and MET into project definition.
• Maintain technical integrity and operability of supported units.
• Coordinate between manufacturing representatives and plant operations.
• Support Front End Loading (FEL) activities and lead new plant product trials.
