Harmon, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements that boost productivity, quality and cost performance.

You will own improvement projects from identification through sustainment, working on the shop floor to resolve bottlenecks and implement practical, measurable changes. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in a manufacturing-related field and hands-on experience with process improvement, fabrication, machining, CNC, welding, and fixtures.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement and problem solving in manufacturing.
• Experience with fabrication, machining, CNC, welding, assembly or tooling is preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own improvement projects from problem identification through implementation and sustainment.
• Work directly on the manufacturing floor to solve recurring problems and improve flow.
• Use data and structured problem solving to deliver measurable results.
• Lead manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives from opportunity to validation.
• Develop and optimize tooling, fixtures, and equipment to enhance repeatability.
