Harmon, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead hands-on process improvement across fabrication, machining and assembly.

You will own improvement projects from problem identification through implementation, validation and sustainment, partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to deliver measurable results. The role focuses on increasing productivity, throughput, quality, safety and cost performance on the manufacturing floor, using data-driven problem solving,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on process improvement and problem solving experience in manufacturing.
• Fabrication, machining, CNC, welding, assembly, tooling, or fixtures experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own improvement projects from problem identification through implementation and sustainment.
• Work on the manufacturing floor to solve recurring problems and improve process flow.
• Lead structured root-cause investigations for manufacturing issues and develop countermeasures.
• Develop and maintain standard work, work instructions, and visual controls.
