Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 4–7 years of hands-on manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, improve, and sustain processes.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and capital projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process performance and respond to issues to support daily operations.
• Develop, document, and maintain work instructions, process flows, routings, and standard work.
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methods.
• Support capital projects from equipment selection to startup and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for installation, commissioning, and validation.
• Sustain improvements through training, updated docs, and standard work.
• Drive waste reduction, safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.
