Job summary

Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson company, is seeking a Senior Process Excellence Engineer in San Angelo, TX. You will lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve quality, delivery, and cost, collaborating with cross-functional teams in manufacturing.

You will coach teams, apply GMP and FDA guidelines, analyze data, and drive improvements using OEE and value stream methods. Travel up to 10% may be required; a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of relevant professional work experience.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, GMP, and FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives for manufacturing lines.
• Define opportunities, analyze data, and design line flows.
• Coach cross-functional teams in Lean/Six Sigma methods.
• Deliver sustained results using Lean, Six Sigma, ME&2, and Do It Right.
• Facilitate business case development and results presentations.
