Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional work experience in manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of FDA, GMP, ISO and quality systems.
• Lean, Six Sigma, and cost management concepts knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develops plan to improve process performance related to quality, delivery and cost.
• Designs manufacturing line flows and improves business processes.
• Leads cross-functional teams and coaches Lean/Six Sigma capabilities.
• Ensures compliance with quality management systems, safety and environmental policies.
• Drives continuous improvement and sustains results using Lean, Six Sigma and related tools.
