Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, this hands-on leader develops talent, removes barriers, and ensures measurable improvements.

You will focus on reducing scrap, improving yield and OEE, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety and quality while aligning engineering priorities with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing engineering or related manufacturing experience with progressive technical responsibility.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, including supervising, mentoring, or leading engineers or other technical professionals.
• Lean Six Sigma certification and/or demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers.
• Establish clear priorities, expectations, performance standards, and accountability.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, goal setting, and career development discussions.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost performance.
