CapstoneONE Search is representing a Fortune 500 industrial manufacturing organization seeking a Plant Operations Manager. You will lead a 1,200+ employee operation, owning manufacturing deliverables and budgets while driving world-class processes to improve KPIs and customer deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required for consideration.
5+ years of Production/Operations leadership within manufacturing.
Strong background in Lean/Operational Excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead a 1,200+ employee operation and own manufacturing deliverables.
Set and monitor production KPIs and budget objectives.
Provide direction aligned with business plans and goals.
Drive problem solving and corrective actions across plant processes.
Contribute to the department strategic business plan with measurable targets.
