Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
• 4–7 years hands-on manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and capital projects.
• Strong ability to analyze, improve, and sustain manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record in process documentation and standard work.
• Experience supporting capital equipment installation and validation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process performance and respond to issues in daily operations.
• Develop, document, and maintain work instructions, flows, routings, and standard work.
• Analyze production data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Implement changes to improve safety, quality, efficiency and throughput.
• Support new product introductions with process setup, trials and documentation.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma initiatives and kaizen events.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and reduce waste, scrap, and labor inefficiencies.
• Oversee capital projects from equipment selection to startup.
• Prepare ROI analyses and technical specs for capital requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for installation and commissioning.
• Support process validation and capability studies to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain documentation and provide operator training to sustain gains.
