The role focuses on process stability, continuous improvement, and capital project support while partnering with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing. You will lead root cause analysis, drive kaizen events, and implement changes that reduce scrap and cycle times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 4–7 years hands-on manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience.
• Experience with capital projects.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings and specs.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations by monitoring process performance and addressing issues.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, process flows, and standard work.
• Analyze production data to identify process improvements.
• Lead capital projects from equipment selection to startup.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Support process validation and acceptance testing.
• Update documentation and train operators.
• Lead Kaizen events and monitor improvement metrics.
