Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4–7 years of hands-on manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and capital projects is essential.
• Strong problem solving with root cause analysis methodologies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing data.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of time.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations by monitoring process performance and addressing issues.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, process flows, routings, and standard work.
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes.
• Lead capital projects from equipment selection to startup and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methods.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable processes.
• Prepare ROI analyses and technical specifications for capital requests.
• Support process validation and acceptance testing for new or modified equipment.
