Sartori Company seeks an experienced operations professional to lead capital equipment projects and process excellence across the production environment. You will develop business cases, execute procurement and installation, and implement SOPs and processes while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.

You’ll play a hands-on role in new equipment installations and line expansions to support growth. The role requires practical experience with Lean manufacturing, data-driven decision

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 5–10 years experience optimizing process and equipment performance and training.
• Experience analyzing operational capacity vs planned production and equipment installations for efficiency.
• Understanding and application of Statistical Process Control.
• Experience in food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries, or GMP environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drives process efficiencies and lowers costs through capital equipment purchases and process improvements.
• Implements new equipment work instructions, standard work, preventive maintenance, and training.
• Develops and manages manufacturing standards for purchased equipment and performance expectations.
• Collaborates with maintenance on preventive maintenance procedures.
• Designs optimal work-cell and facility layouts with cross‑functional support.
• Ensures capital purchases align with capacity projections and company vision.
• Develops scope of work and equipment specifications for RFQ processes.
• Investigates vendor sources to expand manufacturing processes and product commercialization.
• Collaborates with product development to determine processes for new products from concept to full-scale production.
• Supports all Sartori locations for equipment and capital needs.
• Promotes continuous improvement and lean culture across the facility.
