Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience in manufacturing/engineering.
• Experience leading process engineering projects.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Understand the customer technical roadmap and manage new customer-specific process development projects.
• Lead technical aspects of all such projects.
• Define scope, coordinate team, assign work and support product lifecycle manufacturing issues.
• Evaluate manufacturing impact for each concept and ensure best-practice standards.
• Develop 3P radar-driven metrics and manage capacity studies and playbooks.
• Set annual plans, direct department performance and provide ongoing feedback.
