Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process 1 in Fort Worth, TX, to design, develop, and implement advanced manufacturing processes for customer products.

You will also develop tooling for complex machines and lead capability assessments using Design of Experiments and statistical methods. You will guide problem solving across single or multi-stage processes and provide feedback to designers on manufacturability, ensuring efficient operation and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes.
• Develop tooling for a comprehensive set of complex machines and process steps.
• Experience with Design of Experiments and statistical methods to assess machine/process capability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes to support customer products.
• Develop application software and tooling for machines and process steps.
• Lead assessment of capability of machines/processes using DoE and statistics to maximize throughput and minimize cost.
• Lead problem solving across single or multi-stage manufacturing processes.
• Provide manufacturability feedback to product designers.
