The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in engineering or related field, 3+ years in continuous-process manufacturing, and hands-on experience with Lean, root cause analysis, and DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of industrial continuous-process manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on manufacturing floor troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Lean and root cause analysis tools.
• DOE experience for process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Project management and capital project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive problems through resolution.
• Lead root cause analysis, Lean, 5-Why, RCCA, Six Sigma and DOE initiatives.
• Improve process efficiency, quality, throughput, and cost.
• Develop and improve SOPs, controls, and standard work.
• Partner with Electrical/Controls Engineering on process control improvements.
• Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and process deviations.
• Support capital projects and process optimization.
• Train Operations and Maintenance teams on processes and improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and technical specialists.
