Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Tech II for the Terrell facility. You will drive process improvements, support fabrication and metal processing equipment, and develop work instructions and process development to optimize production.

You will collaborate with plant engineering, production management, and maintenance to implement changes, analyze data, and support automation initiatives while following company standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and process improvements.
• Hands-on problem solving in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to management and production through troubleshooting equipment, quality, and safety concerns.
• Review project objectives and design, develop, and implement process and equipment modifications.
• Support process improvements, equipment modifications, and automation initiatives while ensuring compliance with standards.
• Work with contractors, vendors, maintenance, engineering, and production teams to enable project execution.
• Analyze process and machine data to improve stability and uptime.
